The more traditional “Wedding Day Management” package. Essential for a stress free and amazing wedding day! This package is for the couple who has all of the planning under control but when the wedding day arrives, they want a professional to execute all of their hard work.

This package includes:

  • Preliminary consultation

  • One planning session and one walkthrough

  • Unlimited communication via email, text and phone

  • Acquire and confirm all event details with couple prior to wedding date

  • Reach out to all wedding vendors to verify event details

  • Create itinerary for wedding day

  • One planner and if needed, an assistant planner on the event day for up to 10 hours of event management

  • Management and execution of all details on wedding day (oversee/help with set up, working with vendors, assist family and bridal party with their roles, hand out final payment and gratuities etc.)    

  • 1 bathroom basket

  • Handle all unforeseen hiccups on the wedding day~ we come with a fully stocked emergency kit!

Lace

This “Month of Coordination” (partial planning) wedding management package is perfect for the couple who has the luxury of doing all of the planning themselves but as the wedding day approaches, they want more freedom to relax and enjoy their last few weeks as an engaged couple.

This package includes:

  • Preliminary consultation

  • Up to three planning sessions including one walkthrough

  • Unlimited communication via email, text and phone

  • Acquire and confirm all event details with couple

  • Reach out to all wedding vendors to verify event details

  • Create itinerary for wedding day

  • Up to 30 minutes ceremony rehearsal supervision

  • One planner and an assistant planner on the event day for up to 12 hours

  • Management and execution of all details on wedding day (oversee/help with set up, working with vendors, assist family and bridal party with their roles, hand out final payment and gratuities etc.)    

  • 1 bathroom basket

  • Planner will bring gifts and other wedding items back to a designated house/hotel room after the wedding is over (must be within 15 miles of venue)

  • Handle all unforeseen hiccups on the wedding day~we come with a fully stocked emergency kit!

Mini DOC Package

Want a Day of Coordinator but on a budget? We can help! For 8 consecutive hours the day of, we are yours! We can set up your personal items, help run the day or whatever you need. One coordinator will be there to help make your day perfect! This includes unlimited calls, texts and emails as well as your coordinator being at the 6 week walkthrough prior to the event.
